If you are a Collaborator list as such. Site or state PI? Get credit for the grant responsibilities you perform Don’t perform those duties you won’t get credit for. Only report the grant activity you performed.

Give yourself the credit for what YOU did and deserve. Write the descriptor about YOU. Nobody will do it for you!!

Others in your program area may understand what you do and that you are a hard worker, BUT…….. Others do not understand. Explain yourself, your work and prove yourself in academic terms so all program areas can understand.
