6 Company Logo Your company logo will be included on the website, show signage, and all future event email marketing. Please send your logo in a hi-res (.ai or.eps) format to Deb along with the URL you’d like it to link to, and we’ll add it to our website.

7 Attendee Passes Register Here Your sponsorship includes booth staff passes. Please register by no later than Tuesday, February 23 rd. 2 Booth Staff Passes – Keynote, Expo Hall, Meals & Receptions only Each sponsor company has a difference access code that has be emailed directly to each sponsor contact, to be distributed accordingly. If you need your sponsor code resent, please email Deb.

8 Pre-Event Marketing Interview for ONS Blog You will receive an email from Kara in the next few weeks, organizing your interview to appear on the ONS Blog List of Registered Media and Analysts We will share the press list with sponsors two weeks prior to the event. 11 Booth Graphics All custom graphics are due Friday, February 12 th. If your artwork is not received by the due date, your logo will be printed in place of custom graphics. 13 Advanced Shipping Shepard will accept crated, boxed, and skidded materials beginning Tuesday, February 16 at the advance warehouse address noted below. Any charge incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the exhibitor. 15 Security We will provide security overnight in the Exhibit Hall beginning, Monday, March 14 th through Wednesday, March 16 th. Please visit the Registration Desk onsite if you have any questions about storing items elsewhere. With that said, the Open Networking Summit, The Linux Foundation, the Santa Clara Convention Center, nor any employees or staff of these organizations or any of our other event vendors can be help liable for lost or stolen items.

16 Lead Retrieval Your sponsorship includes 1 lead retrieval scanner. Scanners will be delivered to your booth during exhibit setup on Monday, March 14 th. Scanners will be picked up from your booth during exhibit breakdown hours on Thursday, March 17 th. Leads will be sent to you in a spreadsheet within 5 days of the close of the event. If you would like to order additional lead retrieval scanners, please do so here before March 4 th.here

17 SDN Solution Showcase (S3) As a sponsor of the Open Network Summit, you are eligible to participate in the SDN Solutions Showcase (S3). S3 is a unique expo floor demonstration of collaborative multi— organization solutions at the bleeding edge of open source SDN and NFV that further adoption of SDN/NFV for a particular use-case in a specific industry vertical. S3 is truly a unique opportunity to push the visibility of your solution to the next level within the industry. The evaluation criterion and selection for the SDN Solution Showcase will be directed by a steering committee. To submit an application for the SDN Solution Showcase, click here. 18 SDN Idol Are you interested in gaining global visibility for your SDN products? Don’t miss out on SDN Idol 2016! SDN Idol contest at ONS has scaled from slide-ware to live product demonstrations. A panel of esteemed judges will handpick 4 participants, based on proposal and live demos, to present their product demos during the SDN Idol Demo Track at ONS2016. Attendees will vote to crown the SDN Idol 2016 winner! All exhibitors at ONS2016 are encouraged to apply by submitting a demo proposal regarding a SDN / NFV product or solution. Proposals featuring cutting-edge SDN / NFV innovations, preferably, with open source components are encouraged.
