1. Neighborhood Watch Meeting Statistics The Neighborhood Watch Program was established in 1972 Burglary accounts for 1/3 of all serious crimes reported in U.S. This crime carries a high risk of injury or even death for victim who comes into surprise contact with burglar.

6. Neighborhood Watch Meeting  Signs are being ordered and should be posted within two weeks.  Law enforcement doesn’t know your neighborhood unless they live in it. Only residents can recognize a car or person or activity that is out of place.
