Should include the time and place of the meeting, as well as who will be attending. May include a list of documents which those attending need to read before the meeting. Agenda AO4 Lesson 1

Usually given to business contacts and would not usually include personal contact details, such as home address. Business card AO4 Lesson 1

Shows what was said and who said it. Shows any action which is needed and who will carry out the action. Minutes AO4 Lesson 1

Usually follows on from research into a specific topic. May combine text, images and graphics such as tables and graphs. Report AO4 Lesson 1

Usually quite cheaply produced. Most are one sided, but more expensive may be two sided. Either black and white or colour. Flyer AO4 Lesson 1
