4. Pilot incapacitation = pilot is incapable of flying because of :  sickness  injury  medication  intoxication - the main reason why large commercial passenger aircraft have two pilots.

5. The medical problems and unusual situations, which can cause an emergency or urgent situation:  a heart attack  diarrhea or indigestion  depressurization  overload  causes of injuries (fire, bullets or fragments, etc)

6. A heart attack - the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle suddenly becomes blocked. - muscle begins to die.

7. Indigestion:  diarrhea  vomiting  unconsciousness

8. Depressurization:  Hypoxia  Altitude sickness  Decompression sickness  Barotrauma

9. Overload:  positive overload  negative overload

10. Injuries:  Bullets  Fire, smoke, fumes  Fragments
