4 Planning Services Long Range Planning – assists with developing community vision into programs and tools, administers the General Plan Current Planning – assures community vision is considered for all proposals to City Council, Planning Commission, Development Review Board, Final Plans and Permitting. Administers the Zoning Ordinance. Vision Review One Stop Shop– Plan Review and Permitting, compliance with Zoning, Building, Fire, Drainage regulations Neighborhoods – assists with neighborhood outreach and neighborhood issues.
