2. 3/8/05 Conference Call Reviewed ERCOT’s proposal for the classification and distribution of market messages –2 options were presented, however neither option would reduce the number of duplicate e-mails (system limitation). –For next meeting, we will have an example of the 2 options for better clarification Communication Guide –Take items from COPS Scope document to begin ‘Table of Contents’ (load profiles, data aggregation, TCR settlements, etc.) –Look at following Retail Guide formats for consistency purposes Feedback from meeting: Schedule conference calls for 2 hours instead of 1 hour. 3. COPS Communication Working Group 2005 Goals (Not Approved by Group) Complete the Market Participants Communication Matrix and related documentation and publish to the ERCOT website. Publish a Commercial Operations Guide along with established processes for revisions, maintenance and communication. Review documentation supporting the settlement charge matrix and associated shadow settlement needs to ensure such documentation accurately supports the settlement process and procedures as adopted for Market Participants.
