3. CRHT progress Agreed to crht although did not believe she was unwell Agreeable to increase in medication – but crht concerned regarding compliance Plan to monitor medication Support and flexibility around exams Joint working with EIS

4. outcome Thought of harming others significantly reduced Medication compliance was closely monitored Regular contact with CRHT and EIS Amy became less distressed by her beliefs Discharged from CRHT back to EIS planned to return home Beliefs remained unchanged but less intrusive Managed to continue attending for all exams

5. developments closer links with counselling service – could have made them aware of input (if consent given) No liaison with tutors Minimal contact with accommodation wardens
