2. INTASC standards description Standard 1: Learner development Decription: The teacher understands how learners grow and develop, recognizing that patterns of learning and development vary individually within and across the cognitive, linguistic, social emotional and physical areas, and designs and implements developmentally appropriate and challenging learning experiences. During the interview, both teachers mentioned that all the teachers should care learners' development, pay attention to students' learning differences so that teachers can have more experience and stdents can get excited about school and learn more. We can tell these standard is very important through this interview.

3. Introduction Practice makes perfect. It takes time to be an excellent teacher. Therefore, interviewing some teachers who are experienced might not make me an excellent teacher, but it can help me become a better teacher in the future. I interviewed the two teachers in Carmel Elementary School. So I want to share their precious opinions with you.

4. Two teachers I interviewed Carolyn Hayes has been teaching students for 24 years has taught 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th graders teaches all the subjects has a lot of experience in teaching Renee White has been teaching for 13 years teaches 3rd graders all the time teaches all the subjects is the one in the award for The Best Teacher in Carmel Clay Schools Now, Both Mrs hayes and Mrs White teach the 3rd graders in Carmel Elementary School.

5. The most important quality of a teacher Carolyn Hayes: To care about students' success This keeps helping teacher not give up. Renee White: Strong work ethic It takes a lot of time. But it's a kind of motivation for teachers.

6. Philosophies, values and beliefs of these teachers Carolyn Hayes: " All students can learn." She thinks that she has to do different things and then all the children can do well. Renee White: It's important to challenge and give extra support to these students who are low-levels.

7. Traits of an effective teacher Carolyn Hayes: Knowledge of literature, good books, good novels; Knowledge of students; Excitment and creativity Renee White: To be creative; To be compassionate; To be patient; To be flexible

8. The most support in learning to be an effective teacher Carolyn Hayes: Renee White. Because she is the one in the award for the best teacher in Carmel Clay Schools. Renee White: Collegues. Because she thinks that she can grow so much from disscussion and collaboration with colleagues.

Most difficult challenges for teachers Carolyn Hayes: When a student has huge emotional problems,they bother other students.  Work with resourceful teachers  Communicate with students Renee White: the different levels of kids  Work with those kids who are low-levels  Give extra support to these kids

13. Traits, quality and behaviors I possess caring and compassionate patient and responsible like to design different creativities for students inspire students instead of just teaching them knowledge share experience with other teachers

14. Summary Teaching is not an easy job which takes a lot of time to do it well. Teachers need to be responsible for the students. As new teachers, we need to communite with those teachers who have a lot of experience in teaching, read more books, spend more time knowing kids, keep a postive attitude, be patient and responsible.
