2. FREEBIE IMAGE INTRODUCTION
FREEBIE IMAGE; is the image template use for communicate to customer on what the customer will get if they have purchased the products for “FREE”. The [FREEBIE IMAGE] must be the first image in that SKU to make it clear to the customer, however with LAZADA’s policy we have the freebie image template of our own which all supplier and seller have to strictly follow.
Therefore with the image aspect ratio differentiated between [FASHION] and [NON-FASHION], the freebie image template will be split into two type as well.

3. LAYOUT OF FREEBIE TEMPLATE
PRODUCT AREA: Area to input the main product image, must be 70% of the canvas on one axis
FREEBIE PRODUCTS: Area to put the image of the freebie item to indicate customer what is the item that they will got along with the main product
FREEBIE COPY: Area to indicate the name, model, quantity and sometime value of the freebie item

4. FREEBIE IMAGE CRITERIA: FREEBIE PRODUCTS
Height of Freebie Product will not be more than 50 pixel from the top of the FREEBIE PRODUCTS AREA
Freebie product have to be clear, not blur or pixelated
Freebie product have to matched with the Freebie copy
If Freebie product is more than 1 item, there is 2 way to handle it
First is to bundled the freebie item image
Second is to select only main freebie item to show in the Freebie product area

5. FREEBIE IMAGE CRITERIA: FREEBIE COPY WORDING
This area will contain only the information about the freebie item, such as name, model, quantity and value if needed
The duplication of the wording meaning “FREE” or similar to “FREE” should not appear in this area
Font of the copy (wording) is suggested as below
TH  “DB_Halvethaica” or “Dok Champa”
EN  “Halvethaica” or “Microsoft San Sarif”

8. FREEBIE IMAGE SERVICE
For the merchant/seller that cannot conduct the freebie image we have the services to commence the freebie images, however we would like to encourage the merchant/seller to commence the freebie template by themselves.
To send us the request please put into this G-Document, [FREEBIE IMAGE REQUEST QUEUE] and filled out as below.
LAZADA SKU or SELLER SKU have to be filled here

Type of request have to be indicate here either Freebie/Buy1Get1 or Bundled
Name of Freebie items have to be indicated here, as for the [Bundled] and [Buy1Get1] Don’t have to filled
Freebie image location have to be filled here. This must be the internal server location (\\ \...)

Status of the FREEBIE Image will be indicate here either Completed/Pending or Rejected
