In order to do this you need to eat healthy and exercise. This Web quest will take you through a series of activity to help you begin your journey on designing your own personal my pyramid plan that will include proper nutrition and physical activity for your age group.

The class will be divided into groups, each group is responsible for designing their own fitness and nutrition plan. These activities are designed to improve everyone's nutrition and physical fitness. This plan will help students establish and maintain a healthy diet. Have fun and enjoy your task.
