4 WG5 – Data Sharing and Standards 4 UPDATES: GIS Submission Guidelines – Complete-1 Page document detailing the GIS/mapping expectations (ie.details and format) of applicants to the LWB (link) (link) – Update of pre-existing (but largely ignored) MV Guidelines – Affects what an RO should consider when deeming an application complete – Spatial data collected enables detailed mapping of a specific project and of cumulative effects

5 WG5 – Data Sharing and Standards 5 UPDATES: Shared website, online registry and ledger – Website framework in place for 2 years plus (supported and hosted by MVLWB) (screenshots) – In full use by MVLWB/ WLWB. Recently adopted by SLWB (more training required). The GLWB have a basic registry online and have not yet moved towards a common site. – Recent discussion of joint project to update all websites to common look, feel and function (see new www.wlwb.ca)www.wlwb.ca – Several other goals dependant on this one (electronic distribution, shared GIS, IMSs)
