4 Underlying Belief People are full of potential. People can (& desire to) stretch beyond their comfort zone to be the best they can be. Everyone has resources within to accomplish their goals & take the necessary action.

5 Your Turn to Explore 1. What is your vision for yourself as the leader of your school as you plan for the new school year? Explore with a partner… What difference will you make with this vision that could not otherwise be accomplished?

6 As A Leader: How do you “show up” everyday? Do you “show up” differently for some people than others? How does this help you? How does this help them? How do you intend to “show up” as you anticipate the next school year?

8 Demonstrates Integrity… Rate self 1 – 5 scale → 1= low 5 = high Demonstrates honest, ethical behavior in all interactions Ensures that the highest standards for ethical behavior are practiced throughout the organization

9 Demonstrates Integrity… cont’d Avoids political or self-serving behavior Courageously “stands up” for what she/he believes in Is a role model for living our organization’s values (leads by example)

10 Explore… Take one area from the integrity questions, and explore with a trusted partner. Is there an area that you find troubling? Is there an area that is serving you particularly well that you would like to continue to develop?
