6. 6 of 11 DA1251 German Specific Controls Last updated: March-2004 Foreign Currency Analysis This option has been modified to prevent automatic generation of a reversing General Ledger journal – you can now only use this option to produce a currency analysis report The checkboxes that enable you to generate a reversing General Ledger journal that automatically posts unrealised exchange rate gains and/or losses are not available – the Unrealised gains / losses control accounts are therefore not required (see slide 4) Note that the same restrictions apply to both the Accounts Payable Foreign Currency Analysis and the Accounts Receivable Foreign Currency Analysis
