2 Adviser to Adviser  Oldies  Think back to what was the most confusing & frustrating thing about FCCLA as you started off.  Newbie's  What do you feel is the most confusing & frustrating thing about FCCLA?

3  Oldies  How can I help my new adviser friends?  What kind of mentoring program do we have?  If my district doesn’t have a mentor program, what can I do to get one started?  Newbie's  Who can I go to for help?  How do I know if there is a mentoring program?  Is it my responsibility to meet with a mentor?

4 What advisory programs do our schools already have in place? What are the strengths of these programs? Where could they improve?

5 Set A Goal  Oldies  Who is a newbie that I can help?  What is at least one way I can reach out and help them this year?  What other information could I pass along to this adviser that I might look over now because I am an expert.  Newbie's  Who is an adviser that looks nice enough to help me?  How can I make contact with this adviser so they know I need help?  What are some ways I could use the help?
