2 Graphic Communications Group Severe Weather Procedure  Tornado Watch Health, Safety & Environmental Group (HSE) monitors the weather conditions for any changes that would require employees to move to the Severe Weather Shelters. Facilities Group is advised of the weather conditions so any employees / contractors working outside the building can be notified.  Tornado Warning During normal business hours –HSE will activate the buildings Tornado Alarm for TORNADO WARNINGS in Montgomery County or Greene County only. –All Severe Weather Shelters will be opened for the employees. –All employees will report to a Severe Weather Shelter.

3 Graphic Communications Group Severe Weather Procedure  Tornado Warning (continued) –Severe Weather kits and First Aid kits will be taken to the Severe Weather Shelters. –National Weather Service is monitored for further updates and changes in weather conditions. –Employees remain in the Severe Weather Shelters until the Tornado Warning expires or the National Weather Service cancels the Tornado Warning. –HSE will give the all clear and allow employees to return to work.

4 Graphic Communications Group Severe Weather Procedure  Tornado Warning After Normal Business Hours (M-F 5p–7a and weekends) –The security guards monitor the weather conditions. » National Weather Service Radio –The security guards will activate the building Tornado Alarm for TORNADO WARNINGS only in Montgomery County or Greene County. –The Severe Weather Shelters will be opened according to building occupancy. –All employees will report to a Severe Weather Shelter. –Severe Weather kits and First Aid kits will be taken to the Severe Weather Shelters. –National Weather Service is monitored for further updates and changes in weather conditions. –Employees remain in the Severe Weather Shelters until the Tornado Warning expires or the National Weather Service cancels the Tornado Warning. –The security guard will give the all clear and allow employees to return to work.
