11. Convicted Sexual Offender Registry 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and District of Columbia 324K entries Up from 304K at Sacramento Legislative deadline for participation was November 2002 Non-participants: Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa
