Typical respiration is a physical process & involves the exchange of gases which are needed for cellular respiration
Inhaling & exhaling does not give you ATP energy

9. Humans & Anaerobic Respiration
At times, humans may be forced to get energy by way of Anaerobic Respiration (without using oxygen) we produce LACTIC ACID, during these times, which accumulates in our muscles, & causes the “burn” & pain that you feel
