Your QB file remains unchanged. 18

19 Intuit Proprietary & Confidential How to access the new QB Windows  QBO flow 19

20 Intuit Proprietary & Confidential Small reports improvements What? Why? Report basis in top righthand corner of report screen (see next slide) We heard from accountants that you hated scrolling to the end of a report to figure out the report basis Option to delete memorized reports for all users (see slide 20) Some accountants run a new report to share with their clients each month/quarter and want to delete the old one to reduce confusion Reconciliation Report now shows uncleared checks and deposits (see slide 21) Helps you substantiate the register balance (QB Windows does this) Printed column widths match the column width on the screen You changed the column width for a reason! Columns widths get memorized when you memorize a report See above Percents round to two digits to the right of the decimal point It’s difficult to scan reports when there can be up to 6 or 7 digits after the decimal for percents 20

21 Intuit Proprietary & Confidential Report basis at top of screen 21 Just on the report page—does not print or export with the report
