3. Propose SLC4A document contains:  Introduction  Billing rules and charging definitions  Schedules of Use of System Charges  Table of Loss Adjustment Factors  Rebates  Glossary of terms This document shall only cover the charging information required in accordance with SLC4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence, and no other details. 4. Propose Miscellaneous Charges document contains:  Introduction  Billing rules and charging definitions  Schedules of Transactional Charges:  Energisation/De-energisation/Re-energisation  Urgent Metering Services (UMetS)  Radio Teleswitch Services (RTS)  Meter Point Administration Services (MPAS)  Glossary of terms This statement will be a new, completely stand alone document, which will capture any other Transactional based charges (ancillary services).
