Come And See Uluru! Come and see Uluru’s amazing animals and the views that you can see on the top of Uluru. From my point of view it is the best view of anything I have ever seen! The breeze going swishing past your face is actually pretty hot but is very refreshing. If you’ve had enough of the old weather then go to Uluru where it is hot every day. There are caravan parks that you can stay at or you could camp (I’d camp if I were you!).

Where is Uluru Uluru is located in the southwestern corner of Australia’s Northern Territory.

What is Uluru? Uluru is a natural attraction. It is the biggest rock in the world!

Aboriginals Found it 20 000 years ago! The aborigines are a dark-skinned people belonging to the Australoid group who probably came to Australia around 50,000 years ago. They are believed to have been in the first group humans to migrate out of Africa around 60,000 year ago. They travelled out of Africa, through India, Malaysia, Borneo and Papua New Guinea. Since Australia was separated from other countries by an ocean at this time it is believed that they must have made their final journey here by raft or canoe around 50,000 years ago

English renamed it Ayers Rock has officially been known as Uluru since it was returned to the Anangu (the aboriginal tribe), the Aboriginal owners, in 1985. It was then leased to the Australian government and is now jointly administered.

Uluru Got Bigger And Bigger Over 600 000 000 Years! Uluru got bigger because the climate changes for example the ice age made the ground go up and down to the rock got pushed up and up until this day.

Facts About Uluru Uluru is 348 meters high and 3.6 km wide If you wanted to walk around Uluru it would take 3.5 hours! The circumference is 9.3 km
