3. Warm-up Game Pass the Ball Spread out in a space, randomly. Throw the ball in silence. Instructions are intermittently called out by your teacher, e.g.: – Stand on one leg – Keep one eye closed – Use one hand only – Hot potato (throw the ball really quickly) You then have to catch the ball according to these new instructions. If you drop the ball, you are out and sit down. The last person standing is the winner.

6. Cooldown Finding Words Your teacher will write a word on the board with lots of letters. This could be the name of a football team. You have to find as many small words as you can from the letters that make up the larger word.
