3. I liked art class at South Fish Creek because I got to make a birds nest. I am very good at making birds nests. You can see my birds nests on display at my desk.

4. I liked learning about butterfly life cycles. I got to make a butterfly life cycle craft. My favourite stage of the life cycle is the caterpillar. My other favourite thing in science is when we learned about fossils. We made handprint fossils. That was a lot of fun.

5. In Social Studies my favourite thing was making diorama’s. My diorama is how Strathmore, Alberta looks in the winter time.

6. One day Ted woke up with joy. It was sunny out and usually it is not sunny out. It is the perfect Monday said Ted. He put a Mohawk in his hair. Usually the hair spray doesn't work, this is the perfect Monday said Ted. He had is favourite meal for breakfast, usually he does not get it. This is the perfect Monday said Ted. Then he went outside to play. Then he found a caterpillar and brought it inside to show his mom. Ted said this is the perfect Monday and his mom joined in.

7. Unfortunately, math is my least favourite subject in school. Although, I did really enjoy doing graphs. We got to go to Global and ask everyone questions about what their favourite colour was. Then we made a graph to show the information.

9. I am looking forward to grade 3 because we get to read more stories and do more Science experiments. I am hoping we can do bigger science experiments.

10. I learned a lot of new things in cheer. We learned to do standing bridges and a handstand bridge. I enjoyed being creative in cheer and coming up with unique cheer routines with golden pom poms. Let me show you an example of these.

11. I liked learning about the wetlands and frog lifecycles. My favourite stage in the frog lifecycle is when it finally turns into an adult frog. My favorite experiment was when we used pop rocks, pop and a balloon. We all thought it would explode but nothing happened.

12. My favorite thing we did was build dioramas. I made my diorama look like Strathmore, Alberta in summer. I liked going to see where the train tracks used to be in Strathmore and learning about Strathmore’s history.

13. Tashina’s Story-Arctic Arctic the polar bear could not find his parents. So he went and found his best friend Tashina. Then they headed north and ran into some walruses. The walruses said to keep heading north. So that is what they did. Then they ran into some orca whales and they told them to keep heading north. So they kept heading north. Finally they see Arctic's mom and dad walking up a hill to see some friends. Tashina and Arctic start running to them. They hug mom and dad, Arctic is happy!

14. I liked learning about multiplication because it is fun. Math is all around the world and is always a part of our everyday life. Let me ask you some math questions.

15. Paddington Bear was my favourite story. It was my favourite story because I liked learning about London. I learned that London was a big city and some of the houses were fancy. I liked when Paddington bear flooded the bathroom.

16. I am looking forward to doing more math problems and learn about negative numbers. In grade 3 I would like to improve on my writing. I am also excited about learning handwriting.
