5 Activity  Split the class down the middle each side gets in a circle.  Fingerspell someone’s name, when they look at you throw the ball to them.  Continue until everyone has a chance to fingerspell a name and catch a ball.

12 Sign Tip!  Feedback: active listening  This is expected and helps conversation flow smoothly  Respond to signer with gentle nods, brief signs, and facial expressions that show understanding and interest  No feedback= assumption you do not understand  Acknowledge information as you receive it  CAUTION: signing “right” or “yes” is not active listening- they have other functions
