I’m not sure how much you’re on top of the submissions and what we’re doing in each country, but it seems that X has definitely dropped the ball on this one, which is a real shame as the rankings are something that the Y market pays more attention to than other countries it seems.” Concern from Key Influencer of BUH: “ Aaarrrggghhh, how can we do this so late in the day (again)?!!!” CHALLENGE : Legal Directory Submission in Chaos! Work Challenge – “Houston, we have a problem!

10 © Rouse 2010 ET Works: Response from Concerned BUH “ Please see the attached which shows the submissions/surveys and awards that we actively participate in. Given that I’m not the most familiar with the UK market/clients, I’d appreciate any views on a) whether there are other major submissions/rankings that we should invest in, b) any other awards and c) any comments on the client references (i.e. still ok, new ones needed?).” Solutions With ET Concepts & Tools

11 © Rouse 2010 ET Works: Response from BUHs “ Agree with whatever you say. I like the fact that we are now more organized and can see which office has submitted what – more transparency.” “Hi Sheila All sound very sensible and good improvements. Thanks.” ET Works: Response from CEO “Thanks, makes sense to get some order into this!” Solutions With ET Concepts & Tools

If you hear back from any of the GCMs please could you let me know so I could update the record. As you have seen the PH and VN submissions are nearly there, just missing the GCMs' confirmation about client reference.
