4. 4 How do I register my listing in the Program? Complete the Registration form and fax it to Windermere Services Southwest at 702-432-6664. If mailing, send to Premier Properties Coordinator, Windermere Services Nevada, 2200 Paseo Verde Parkway, Suite 160, Henderson, NV 89052. The $75 registration fee can either be paid by check, or with permission from your broker, charged to you through your office. The registration and fee is valid for up to 18 months as long as there is not more than a two week lag time between relisting periods within that year.
