2 New Unconfirmed Sites Process 1. The Unregsitered report to be produced Bi – monthly 2. To target sites > 12 months 3.Those MPRNs found to be legitimately unregistered i.e. Vacant, No Gas etc., will be kept out of the process. 4. Single spreadsheet called “unregistered” consisting of: i) Connections & registration updates ii) Confirmation rejections iii) Conquest requests iv) Service requests 5. Removal of duplications. i) Distort figures ii) Causes issues if a response is received for just one of the meter points iii) The new report to contain a single meter point which will show which one of the above activities was undertaken, if more than one activity undertaken the report will show this.

3 New Unconfirmed Sites Process cont. 6. Inclusion of a spreadsheet called “ shipperless” consisting of: i)Gas Safety visits (GSR’s) During the GSMR Process, Networks may discover that sites which have been isolated and withdrawn still have a live supply and meter fitted. If the meter found is the original meter “removed” in the isolation, the previous shipper would be contacted and requested to reconfirm. However, if a different meter is found, this will be treated as a Found Meter and the record will be included in the Shipperless Spreadsheet. ii)Theft of Gas (TOGs) This refers to legitimate meters, discovered during the Theft of Gas Process that have never been registered on the Sites and Meters Database. If the End User can not identify their supplier, it will also be treated as a Found Meter and added to the Shipperless Sites Spreadsheet. iii)MOD517 This is the process which is used by xoserve to remove a site from a shippers portfolio when they have erroneously confirmed it on Sites and Meters. At the end of the process the site would be shipperless and meterless on Sites and Meters.

4 New Unconfirmed Sites Process cont. 7. Response to spreadsheets by shippers: i) Response dates moved from 10 to 30 days, however with the report being Bi-monthly the managing of this data is over a 2 month period ii) Original responses to remain the same as before Yes – Intend to confirm – If no action is taken by the shipper before the next report is due, the record will move onto the Orphaned Report No – No Live service – To be set to EX No – No contract with end user but live service – Passed into orphaned report No – Supplying site on alternative MPR – To be set to EX iii) New addition to response Failure to respond before the next report is due will result in details transferring to the Orphaned Report. This however will not apply to GSR’s and some TOG’s
