1 Industry Shipperless & Unregistered Working Group Wednesday 1 st February 2012

2 Agenda  Introduction  Review ‘Terms of Reference’ document  Previous minutes/actions  Statistical Information  Overall industry volume  Age analysis/AQ values  Targeted sites  Legitimate pot – The curious case of Dursley Sainsbury’s  Proactive data cleansing  Duplicate identification (Orphaned/PTS/SSP/No activity)  Discussion points  MOD 0410  Fitting meters without advising Supplier  A.O.B.

3 Terms of Reference – Review existing principles  Purpose and Objectives (A collective cross industry working group) 1)Collectively establish & execute activities to correct the current Unregistered/Shipperless datasets recorded within the central systems; 2)Identify the root causes & fix the process deficiencies; 3)Review the outcome of ‘Project Delta’ field visits & agree next steps, inclusive of Unregistered/Shipperless sites that are not recorded on central systems.  Scope  This working group has been established to address the 3 objectives utilising Licence, UNC and non-UNC instruments as appropriate  Composition  The working group has been designed to be an open Industry forum. It is the intention that representatives from Gas Distribution Networks and Suppliers as a minimum would be in attendance.

4 Terms of Reference – Considerations  Industry change  Modification discussions & Workgroups  Potential duplication of decision making  Scope of influence  Continue with quarterly forum?  Change reporting frequency?  Consensus across Stakeholders
