(A/T & C/G) Define Transfer RNA (tRNA)- collects the amino acids laying around the cell and brings them to the ribosomes Define Ribosomal RNA (rRNA)- A major part of the ribosome where protein synthesis will take place Define Messenger RNA (mRNA)- The RNA that copies a segment of the DNA and that goes into the Ribosome. Define Transcription- transfer of information from the DNA’s base sequence into the mRNA. - Triplet -the 3 base DNA sequence specifying a particular amino acid of the transcription. - Codons -the 3 base RNA sequence that is created from the Triplet and creates the protein.
