4 End-to-End Workflow Recap Identified possible and agreed-upon metadata and provenance related events within the workflow Updates to Workflow diagram: – Include HIE as a potential receiving system – Combine ‘extract/aggregate clinical information,’ ‘maintain clinical information,’ and ‘create exchange artifact’ when data passes through an intermediary Determined that we are trying to be agnostic as to whether the flow is a ‘pull’ or ‘push’ mechanism Need to define attestation/attest and when it should occur
