13 Exploring Leadership Frameworks Creating a Map for Mathematics Leadership With your group… –Use the pieces to create a map of the interconnections between the three Leadership Frameworks provided –Annotate connections, think alouds, etc. –Use post-it notes to record any reflective questions that arise during this activity

15 Conversation Starters Find your Cabin Buddies and a suitable work space. Using the strips of paper in the envelope, sort them into ‘Opening Thinking’ and ‘Focusing Thinking’ Record criteria used to establish the category and any circumstances the questions may be used. Be prepared to share.

17 Coaching Moves One member of each Cabin group is identified as a coach. The coach will record dialogue as the other two buddies use selected questions to engage colleagues in reflecting throughout the following activity.

18 Facilitated Discussion Form a group of six by joining with another triad. One triad shares their concept map. The pair from the other triad use coaching moves question stems to prompt thinking and discussion The coach records evidence of insight gained.
