6 Assignment: Pg. 10 Essay  Write a one page essay on the six factors that have the most impact on the condition of people’s body systems (refer to page 9). The essay should include how you rate yourself in these areas. What, if any, areas need improvements?  Turn in when finished

11 Making Behavior Changes  Motivation is shaped by 4 factors: 1. The Value of the reward  How big is the reward? 2. Its Timing  How soon will the reward come or how soon will the price have to be paid? 3. The Costs  What is the risks or consequences? 4. Its Probability  How certain is the reward?

12 Assignment: Pg. 22  You may do this assignment with a partner. Write answers only and be thorough.  Learning The Vocabulary  1-3  Recalling Important Facts and Ideas  1-14, omit (1, 4, 13)
