3 Shelley Bacon, PresenterAugust 6-9, 2006www.avln.org I personally think that the J2E is more than something to learn in this year, but it needs to be a guide for the rest of your life. Jonathan Dunn, 12-08-2005 journal.

4 Shelley Bacon, PresenterAugust 6-9, 2006www.avln.org I really think that I have been doing pretty well in this area of things. I have something for each goal. There is one that is hard to grow in though. It is goal #2, commitment to the church. I have a hard time sharing the gospel and living it. I do strive to know it and get it in my head. I just have a hard time inputting it into my life. I am sure that I am able to share, but I really don’t like talking to people I really don’t know. I can do it with people I know, but 95% of my friends know the story and are Christians. Not Adventist, but in a church of some sort. This goal would go into the first one if you think about it. I don’t think that you can really want to share and live like Christ without accepting Him and having a relationship. Then when you think about it, this would go into goal #3. Have to have the relationship. You know what, all of these goals are tied into one anther. So if you think it help you in this goal, it also helped you a little in another one. That is interesting. The people or person who came up with these must of known what they were talking about. This is stuff that I must start to live with in my life. These goals are more than goals that we have achieved. We can never get to the end of them. They are like games. There are stages that you go through. When you pass a stage you get points in the game, but in this you get experience. When Christ comes you will have reached the end of the game. SO I think these are important goals to keep in my life. I wish that I was able to grow in (the J2E goals) everyday. Sadly I don’t think that I grow in them everyday. This is going to be my J2E goal #11. Strive to grow in my J2E goals everyday, even if it is only a little. This is what my heart is telling me to do and the little voice in my mind. Quintin-HU-04-28-J-J2E
