ME ON MISSION?
There are church members who genuinely would like to be a missionary and talk to others about Jesus, but they never have.
Is a person a real fan if they never talk about their team?
Is a person a real cook if they never talk about cooking?
Is a person a real hunter if they never talk about hunting?
Is a person a real shopper if they never talk about shopping?
Is a person a real Christian if they never speak about Jesus?
Do you speak about Jesus? To unbelievers? To believers?
Could it be because You don’t know Him personally?
“Has there ever been a time when Jesus came to you and called you to be saved and you said, “Yes”?
Matthew 7:21-23 “Not every one who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will
say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.’”
Even if you work miracles you are not able to make it into Heaven on your own.
It is all based on “knowing” Jesus.
The church-you and I- are called the bride of Christ.
You have to get it in this order: 1. saving relationship 2. good works
Whatever is born of the flesh is flesh, and that born of the Spirit is spirit.
Why is the American church dying and not reaching the younger generations?
Many church members are not genuine believers. They are trying to describe something they have never experienced.
One of our greatest fields of harvest for salvation of people is IN the church on Sunday morning.
The first step of being His missionary is to be HIS!
