1 2014 SMERA SUMMARY OF RTEC OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS 1. No convergence with partner agencies providing programs/projects to MSMEs in the conduct of the Roving Academy. 2. Need to increase number of participants (Total Proposed is 1,622) 3. Localize trainings to optimize fund. Consider tapping the expertise of DTI SME Counselors and/or SHINDAN-trained staff across provinces or experts from other partner agencies. 4. For Skills Training Proposed: Provide information on the volume of raw material production and areas of plantation Identify target market- to ascertain viability/continuity/sustainability of projects.

Utilize the Risograph & Photocopying Machines (whichever is available) of Shared Service Facility Business Resource Center for the reproduction of manuals and training materials 7.Updating and submission of the 2013 Database of MSME Participants (Deadline for submission: RO – March 5; HO – March 14) NOTE: Refer to the USEC Memo dated February 27, 2014 re: Targets, Training Modules, Post Activity Report, Registration Forms and Banner
