17 CASE STUDY IN COMMUNICATION – NISE  How did NISE improve cross-campus communication?  ISSS presentation to stakeholders on NISE increased visibility and understanding  Reaching out to new units for collaboration has created partnership opportunities  Increased familiarity with services and resources provided by other units  Discovered projects that were being done in duplicate, giving us the opportunity to merge them into one (avoid reinventing the wheel – ie CSSA shuttle)
