3 Evaluate the Condition of the Jobsite HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Overhead Electrical / Power Lines, Weather Conditions, Wildlife, Rocks or debris in area to be lined

4 Visually Inspect the Equipment HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Broken Glass, Leaking Fuel / Hydraulic Line, Inspect Slings and Rig Equipment.

5 Install Proper Rigging on Track Hoe to Lay Out the Roll of Plastic Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Improper Operation of Equipment, Improper Rig Installation, Improper Rigging Material, Pinch Point at Rigging. ** MAKE SURE THERE ARE SAFETY SPOTTERS INVOLVED IN THIS STEP**

6 Lay Out the Cover Plastic Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Suspended Roll Hits Person, Equipment Hits Person, Equipment Cannot Handle Load. Watch out for slips, trips, and falls.

7 Lay Out the 6,000 lb Bull Rope HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Slip, Trip, or Fall.

8 Lay Out Roll of Plastic Material: 1st Piece Along Edge of Mark HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Suspended Roll Hits Person, Equipment Hits Person, Equipment Cannot Handle Load. Watch out for slips, trips, and falls. ** MAKE SURE THERE ARE SAFETY SPOTTERS INVOLVED IN THIS STEP**

9 Align Installers Along the Edge of the Plastic Material and Pull it Out HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Slip, Trip, or Fall. Watch out for open trench/sump.

10 Lay Out Roll of Plastic Material: 2 nd Piece Along Edge of 1st HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Suspended Roll Hits Person, Equipment Hits Person, Equipment Cannot Handle Load. Watch out for slips, trips, and falls. ** MAKE SURE THERE ARE SAFETY SPOTTERS INVOLVED IN THIS STEP**

11 Align Installers Along the Edge of the Plastic Material and Pull it Out HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Slip, Trip, or Fall. Watch out for open trench/sump.

12 (CONTINUE THE LAYOUT AND PULL OUT PROCESS UNTIL ALL ROLLS ARE INSTALLED- TRIM AND WELD EDGES OF PLASTIC)

13 Laying Out the Frames Align the Frames Along the Edge of the Plastic Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Slip, Trip, or Fall.

14 Secure the Frames Together With 6,000 lb Bull Tape HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Hit by a Mallet. Slip, Trip or Fall

15 Secure the Frames Together With 6,000 lb Bull Tape HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Hit by a Mallet. Slip, Trip or Fall

16 Secure the Frames Together With 6,000 lb Bull Tape HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Hit by a Mallet. Slip, Trip or Fall.

24 Install the Textured Liner Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Cut by Open Blade. Slip, Trip, or Fall. Watch for trench/sump mark.

25 Install the Textured Liner Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Cut by Open Blade. Slip, Trip, or Fall. Watch for trench/sump mark.

26 Extruding of Plastic Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Cut by Open Blade. Slip, Trip, or Fall.
