Persons of wealth, high levels of education, a common language and conversational style, connections with other persons of wealth, form and immediate insider group. Insider groups have a fear of being misidentified as belonging to an outsider group and therefore losing their ticket to advantages. Insider groups tend have very little association or communication with people in outsider groups and, therefore, have little knowledge and understanding of people in outsider groups. Insider groups with high levels of life’s advantages tend to project their own unacceptable and suppressed inclinations onto outsiders and tend to fear outsiders. Fear, lack of understanding, projection of malice result in a bias against outsiders which results in dispensation of more extreme judgments and sentences against outsiders.
