8 Obscenity? Inciting violence?

9 Right to assemble, petition.

10 Free Exercise of religion?

11 2 nd Amendment: Because we need a well-organized militia, people have the right to keep and bear arms.

12 Right to bear arms.

13 The 2 nd Amendment ain’t about hunting!

14 3 rd Amendment: No quartering of troops except in wartime and according to the law.

15 4th Amendment: Protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.

19 6 th Amendment: Trial by jury Right to counsel Speedy and public trials Right to confront witnesses

25 10 th Amendment: Powers not reserved to the Federal Gov’t or denied to the States go to the States and the People
