4 Customer Care Follow Up 2/2/2 OR 3/3/3 Items needed: 3 x 5 Index cards Index card holder 16 index card dividers

5 On the index cards include: Name Address Home and cell number Email Items purchased Interest in Hosting Interest in Business Any other important things you remember

6 How do you track? 1.Write the months on 12 index dividers 2.Write week 1, week 2, week 3, and week 4 on remaining four cards 3.File your cards in appropriate areas based on month and week for follow up 4.When a week completes move it to the next month
