4 Dedicated to exceeding your expectations … always 4 Franchise Revenue Growth: The table on the next slide contains certain information related to Annual Revenues realized by Franchised Businesses during calendar 2014, and compares it with Annual Revenues realized during 2013. The data is broken down into 5 categories based upon the Franchised Businesses’ 2014 level of Annual Revenue. The table below also lists the number and percentage of franchisees that met or exceeded the category average. We have only included information relating to Franchised Businesses that were continuously open and operating for the entire 2013 and 2014 calendar years in this table. Any Franchised Businesses that were either newly opened in 2013 or 2014 or closed for business or otherwise left the brand in 2013 or 2014 were excluded. There were 16 new Franchised Business openings in 2013 and 18 new Franchised Business openings in 2014. Seventeen Franchised Businesses were terminated in 2013 and 15 were terminated in 2014. None of these Franchised Businesses were included in the table.
