2 WHY DOES THE WEST FIVE NEED P.R? Recent decline in sales. New location opened by owners, has led to the neglect of The West Five. Surrounding competition. Needs positive news buzz.

3 OBJECTIVES  To increase profit by 20% on event nights within 5 months such as: ladies night, karaoke, beer pong tournaments, and trivia night.  Increase team morale with bartenders and management by implementing goals and contests of the respected shift.  To increase media presence on Facebook and Instagram by achieving 1,000 new likes and 500 new posts with the hashtag #THEWESTFIVE.  To increase public awareness by having at least 2,000 people traffic the bar during the 5 th Anniversary celebration week.

4 KEY MESSAGES The West Five Supper Club is one of the original bars in Hoboken. It supports the community and is invested in the people because the owners are Hoboken natives. The West Five Supper Club is our one stop place for adult fun in Hoboken. The West Five Supper Club offers different event every night to keep customers coming back for more. The West Five Supper Club supports safety in offering a shuttle service so no one ever has to miss the party or drink and drive. The West Five Supper Club cares about its clients and is celebrating its 5 th Anniversary with its Customer Appreciation Month.

Men and woman that like to dance. Men and woman with substantial income. Men and woman who dress well.

6 STRATEGIES Create social campaign via Facebook and Instagram so people can like The West Five Supper Club page and #THEWESTFIVE when they post about the venue or if they visit the venue during the 5 th Anniversary week. Secure media coverage by inviting media to The 5 th Anniversary events. Increase staff morale by introducing contests and rewards for staff. Team up with local Bars on Hoboken-bar.net to increase public awareness and to be included in bar crawls. Here people will be exposed to great drink prices and fun that The West Five has to offer. This will also help increase profits.

11 EVENTS TO COME- LADIES NIGHT Will be one of our premier events. It will take place every Friday. This will give our female clients more incentive to come in and join the fun, while taking special consideration to our drink specials of the evening.

12 BEER PONG TOURNAMENT This a sample picture that will be posted on The West Five Instagram page during the 5 th Anniversary week. Takes place every Thursday.

Measured by media trafficking on the respected outlets and by number of reposts.  To increase public awareness by having at least 2,000 people traffic the bar during the 5 th Anniversary celebration week. Measured by number of attendees at the week-long event.
