2. Introduction Computerization of Scheme Monitoring is a statewide project initiated by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar. It is Web Application to capture data of district wise monthly progress of different schemes monitored by revenue and land reforms department, Govt. of Bihar. District wise data will be compiled automatically and scheme wise report made available instantaneously at State level.

13. Scheme -1 After inserting data, it appear at the bottom of the screen. If data is not freeze then edit and delete button will appear on the right side of the displayed data. For any change click on edit option. To delete the data click delete option.

14. Scheme -1 After clicking edit option, user can change data. After change click update option to save the changes or click cancel option to unsave the changes. To freeze the data click on square box which is on the left side of update option and then click update option. After freezing data of selected month and year, you can not change any thing in that data. Only freeze data will be made available at state level for report generation.
