Who is the audience that will connect with your brand? How will the consumer benefit from your brand as a whole? Consider not only the product/service that your brand provides, but the values your brand delivers against. Identify a key insight about your target audience that you know your brand will be able to address. Brand Values Brand Character Your brand values should address the question of what is most important to your brand. Use “human” personal traits to describe your brand.
