4. As with the resume, there are no hard and fast rules. Generally, the first paragraph will introduce yourself It will also include the job or position you are interested in and how you located the information regarding the job

5. The middle paragraph will contain a very brief summary of your resume. The closing paragraph with ask for permission to contact someone about the job.
