6. Medications Medication Form due *******EVEN FOR Advil/Dramamine******** Wed., October 1st Forms are available tonight !!!!!! Please submit to Mrs. Phillips in the Health Office 1 FORM per MEDICATION

7. Medication Procedures  Students may not carry own medicines  Students must have a doctor’s note for all meds  Meds must be in original packaging inside a ziplock-type bag  Meds should be travel size (if possible)

9. Departure Arrive at TMS at 6:00 am on Tuesday, 10/13 Drop luggage only at curb, park and walk back with child Stay on campus until they have cleared the temperature check (required) ***Student must have a sack lunch and water!***

10. Estimated time of arrival at Thurston: 2:30pm ALL students/Chaperones MUST ride buses to and from the boat docks Return
