9 Summary IPE has been discussed for many years Common in practice but many students don’t have an educational background in IPE Many deaths occur each year due to medical errors The core competencies for IPE that you should get out of this experience are common values and ethics, learning roles and responsibilities, interprofessional communication, and teamwork
