1. White Lion Street, N1 Overview: We carried out this project for an investor who wanted to turn around a ruined out building into a high end property which he could rent before selling. We doubled the size of the property and turned something from being worth £500k to £1.8m. We added a full side return, loft work, re-did the garden.
