19 Next Steps Lantana developing scope statement for ToC and Care Plan/HHPoC Implementation Guide development –ToC IG development scheduled to start next week –Care Plan/HHPoC IG development scheduled to start in May Monitor IMPACT Project Go-Live in May Continue outreach to key LCC Stakeholder groups –Professional Associations, EHR vendors, CMS Care Planning Programs Develop/Execute on Pilot Engagement Plan –MA and NY entities have committed to pilot pre-balloted LCC standards before end of year Develop and submit Tiger Team Recommendations to HL7 WGs 19

20 LCC WG Revised Meeting Schedule 20 LCP SWG will move to Thursdays at 11am EST starting next week –This would give everyone more time to process Monday’s meeting artifacts and review artifacts for the Thursday meeting Monthly LCC Meetings –All Hands will meet this Thursday at 9am, will move to the first Tuesday of the Month starting May 7 th at 10am EST –LCC Leads will meet the second Tuesday of the Month – next meeting is Tuesday, April 9 th at 10am EST
