4 Kansas State Department of Education www.ksde.org 2012-2013  July 20 Kansas ESEA waiver conditionally approved  AYP is GONE, used for the last time in 2012  A new Reporting system will be designed around 4 new AMO’s, used with the 2013 Assessments  Spring 2013 -- current Kansas assessment  Field Test SBAC test items from SBAC  Focus efforts on quality instruction and implementation of Kansas Common Core Standards
